Low Calories Spring Detox Smoothie

Spring has finally come, and, don’t know about you, but the sun and fresh morning air leave me craving for a spring detox smoothie.

Observing nature reviving, really inspires and motivates me to want to better myself too. Spring is a time of renewal and growth, so there is no better time to follow nature’s steps and evolve.

Balance And Health

Detoxing is a great way to clean the body of toxins and give it a boost of health. Although it might sound like a full time job, it can be easy. Even if drinking a detox smoothie every morning is all you do, it still is a step forward towards a more balanced mind and body.

Speaking of a balanced mind, something that has been a bit of a challenge for me lately, is meditation and keeping to a routine. So, by committing to enjoying a smoothie each morning, I decided to also use that time to meditate.

By the way, this one is low on calories too. Therefore, no more excuses! It’s time to start the spring cleaning!

Join me on this journey and experience for yourself how, by taking this small step, you will be able to change your health habits, both for the mind and the body.

After making your detox smoothie, relax in bed or in a quiet place of your liking. Let the natural light shine through and concentrate on your breathing.

With each sip, empty your mind, feel the nutrients enter your body and allow them to nourish you. Have your spring detox smoothie every morning together with your 5 to 10 minute mindfulness routine and start your day on a positive vibe.
