Mindfulness Practice: Your Away Companion


You might already know from other articles I’ve written, that professionally I perform a few roles as I have a portfolio of companies. This involves travelling, which involves being on-the-go quite often.

You might also already know that mindfulness practice is very important to me, my main aim being to turn it into a way of life. Takes consciousness and planning until that happens, but it is easier than it sounds. I already gave you a few mindfulness travel tips that helps me feeling great during my journeys. Today I will introduce you the items that I love most traveling with by my side.


One Mindfulness Practice On-The-Go Kit & 2 Daily Rituals


Regardless of the length of my trips, I have a kit that is always in my trolley, my go-to solution to performing at my best and keep the positivity and focus that makes each day a success.

When at home, practising mindfulness and meditation is much easier. So I developed two rituals when travelling that proved to be the key to helping me perform at my best and integrate my mindfulness practice naturally and easily.


Evening Ritual

Moisture my body with an essential oils blend to help relieve body tightness. I simply love the 100% organic Recover Massage Oil.

Spray my pillow with a relaxing, sleep aiding mist – my favourite is Deep Sleep Pillow Spray, a special natural blend that improves sleep quality and reduces anxiety.

I play a relaxing meditation music that I most often fall asleep on.

Oh, one more thing: I do travel with cabin luggage, but there’s always space for my teas and my blends as they take very little space and are light in weight, so no excuse there.
