We believe that anyone aiming for a major change in their lifestyle can become a mindfulness practitioner. We know from our own experiences, that mindfulness is a beautiful state of mind that is worth learning and embracing as part of a wellfulness lifestyle.
Yes, mindfulness means continuous work on one’s self, but despite our fast-living lifestyles and busy schedules, it is neither an impossible goal nor an exclusive practice. Any of us can successfully live a mindful life.
All we need is some support to get things started: a guided learning method to help us to understand our harmful patterns, habits and blockages, as well as a daily, custom-made routine that changes the way we think.
This is why we’ve been working on the creation of our special editions for a while now. Our Daily 5 Minute Wellfulness Routine
Our goal is to empower you to establish a daily 5 minute mindfulness routine of meditations and exercises, that lasts for at least 28 days.
The 28-day timeframe is the minimum amount of days that your brain needs to understand and establish change. Thus, it is important to stick to the full 28 day schedule, without missing any.
By the end of the 28-day period, you will have overcome hidden barriers and built a foundation for your evolution. Your powerful stepping stone into a new lifestyle.
