I like thinking of the spiritual journey as a career. We sometimes move up the ladder, other times we make horizontal moves, at times we change companies or even industries.

Regardless of the move we are very happy and excited and take a positive attitude towards it. We are not bothered about leaving colleagues behind, are we? We have a farewell party, kiss and hug, promise to keep in touch and off we go.
